Rooted in the Wisdom of the Ceiba Tree…

As a first-generation Latina whose parents immigrated from Guatemala, staying connected to my cultural and indigenous roots is profoundly important to me. One of my greatest inspirations is the Ceiba tree, Guatemala’s national tree. Known as ya’axché in the Mopan Maya language, this ancient tree has existed since before the continental drift, living up to 500 years and growing as tall as 240 feet. To the Maya, the Ceiba stood as the axis mundi—a sacred bridge between the underworld, the everyday world, and the heavens.

Like the Ceiba, true healing happens when we honor every layer of our being—body, mind, spirit and relationships. Our personal histories, attachment wounds, and even ancestral experiences live within us, shaping the way we love and connect. Healing is not about fixing what is “broken” it’s about reconnecting to the innate wisdom already within you and reshaping how you show up in your relationships.

Relational Healing: Breaking Cycles & Deepening Connection

As humans, we are wired for connection. Intimacy fuels our vitality and gives us a sense of wholeness. When we feel safe and seen in relationships, we thrive. But over time, familiar patterns emerge—relational habits that once created closeness can become sources of tension, misunderstanding, and even pain. When miscommunication, past wounds, or unmet needs go unaddressed, we may start to feel disconnected from ourselves and our partners.

Instead of expressing our deeper longings, we learn to suppress emotions to maintain harmony, silence our desires for fear of rejection, or redirect our energy into work, friendships, or even substances. In doing so, we lose touch with our authentic needs, our bodies, and our ability to experience pleasure and connection.

My work supports individuals and couples in:

Healing attachment wounds & breaking generational cycles that show up in relationships.
Navigating conflict with presence & emotional awareness - learn to communicate needs, set boundaries, and build deeper trust.
Expanding intimacy & deepening emotional and physical connection through embodied relational practices.
Cultivating a fulfilling, connected partnership based on mutual respect, self-awareness, and secure attachment.

My Approach: Somatic, Trauma-Informed, and Holistic

I integrate somatic therapy, mindfulness, and relationship healing to help you break free from old cycles and create fulfilling, connected relationships. By working with the body’s natural cues, we will explore how past experiences shape present dynamics and begin to restore emotional safety and intimacy.

My work is:

Trauma-Informed & Attachment-Based – Helping you recognize and heal relational wounds.
Somatic & Body-Centered – Teaching you to listen to your body’s cues and emotions for owning your experience.
Holistic & Integrative – Honoring both psychological and spiritual dimensions of healing. Weaving in visionary states of consciousness from experiences such as breathwork, dreamwork meditation, prayer, ritual and ceremony.

With over a decade in the healing arts—including massage therapy, yoga, psychedelic/plant medicine integration — along with a Master’s degree in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Psychology, I bring an embodied, whole-person approach to therapy. My work is especially focused on helping millennial singles and couples navigate relationships, heal insecure attachments, and build trust within themselves and their connections.

Your Healing Journey

Whether you’re processing trauma, struggling in relationships, or seeking a deeper connection to yourself, you don’t have to navigate this alone. Relationships—both with ourselves and others—are an ever-evolving process, and with the right support, healing is possible.

If you’re ready to move beyond simply understanding your struggles and begin feeling deeply connected, emotionally secure, and fully alive, I’d be honored to walk this path with you.
